Sibrek Whipglaze is the ruling queen of The Responsible Outrageous Fences since 199, and was born in 130. She was elected shortfly after (or as soon as) she arrived in Scribedshot. Only some glitch in the time continuum (which translated into pure good dumb luck for her) made her to remain a queen and not starve like every king for the last 50 years during The Great King Losses. She was originally a gemsetter in Pleatinked.
